Our story
N & D Walsh was established in 1967, but the experience behind the business goes back to the 1960s.
It began when a simple decision changed everything. Instead of taking redundancy, the founder chose to build something of his own, starting with two vintage boilers and working closely with local butchers.
Butchers would bring in their raw fat, which would be carefully processed and returned as a finished product. From the very beginning, the focus was simple:
Use quality raw materials and do things properly.
That same approach still drives everything today.
Now operating from a purpose-built factory in Leven, Scotland, N & D Walsh continues to produce traditional beef dripping using methods that prioritise quality over shortcuts.
