Refund policy.

As we offer a perishable food product, it is not practical to request that you send back your Product.  If you are unhappy with the Product, please contact us as soon as possible, within 7 days of purchase.

In the unlikely event that the Product quality has been affected, for example due to storage en route, we would undertake to provide you with a credit for the value of the product.

We cannot provide a credit or replacement for damaged products after 7 days have elapsed.

If you are disappointed with the outcome of cooking with your product, we would be happy to provide you with guidance on cooking temperatures and methods.

Non-refundable items

Non-returnable items include Gift Cards.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will not be able to provide a refund.
